Why keep a judo training log?
Judo rewards repetition you can measure — the same throw, thousands of times. A log shows which techniques you're really building and how your training lines up with your next grading.
The AI coach is there to help you think, not to replace your coach — what you work on is still a conversation with the people who watch you train.
