What is CombatScore?
The short answer, the long answer, and what CombatScore is not.
CombatScore is an AI coaching and gym-management platform for martial arts and combat sports. Athletes log every session, round, and belt in under a minute and get coaching built on their own training history. Gyms use the same system to handle memberships and billing, class schedules, check-in and attendance, per-student progress, and a branded website. It is available on iOS, Android, and the web, and is operated by Four13 Studios LLC, based in Oklahoma, USA.
Other things called “combat score”
The name collides with two unrelated things. To be unambiguous:
Valorant “combat score” (ACS)
In the video game Valorant, Average Combat Score is a per-match statistic measuring a player's impact from damage, kills, and assists. It has nothing to do with CombatScore. We are not a gaming product and have no connection to Riot Games.
Combatscores (plural)
Combatscores, at combatscores.com, is a separate and unaffiliated app for scoring boxing and MMA bouts on a scorecard. CombatScore — singular, at combatscore.app — is a training-log, AI-coaching, and gym-management platform. Different companies, different products.
Confusingly, CombatScore also has an internal athlete metric called a Combat Score— a skill rating derived from your logged rolls and rounds. That is a feature inside this product, not the product itself.
What CombatScore does
For athletes.A training log fast enough that you actually use it — what you trained, how long, how it felt, and tags for the positions that mattered. You can also just talk for thirty seconds and it pulls the structure out of what you said. An AI coach then reads your own last several sessions and tells you what to work on next: the sweep you keep getting caught in, the trend in your energy, the pattern human memory is genuinely bad at holding.
For gyms. The same engine pointed at the room: per-student progress, early warning when a member is about to drift away, a class plan seeded from what members actually keep struggling with, plus memberships, billing, attendance and check-in, and a branded website at your own subdomain.
What CombatScore is not
Not a replacement for your coach.It can't see your hips or catch that your weight is in the wrong place. It handles memory and pattern-spotting so your coach can spend attention on what only a human on the mat can fix.
Not surveillance. The AI reads only the session data you choose to log. Nothing watches or records you training. You can export everything at any time, and it stays put if you cancel.
Not a social network. No feed to perform for, no follower count.

- What martial arts does CombatScore support?
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (gi and no-gi), MMA, Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, judo, and karate, among others. Rank and belt systems are discipline-aware, so a BJJ belt track and a karate kyu/dan track are both modeled correctly rather than forced into one scheme.
- Is CombatScore a replacement for a coach?
