Methodology
All data is anonymized before analysis. No individual athlete, gym, or session is identifiable in the report. Data points are only included when the cohort size exceeds 10 participants to prevent de-anonymization.
Session tags (technique, position, outcome) are self-reported by athletes. Belt levels are verified by gym coaches through the belt promotion workflow. Injury data is voluntarily logged through the injury tracking feature.
