Gym Owners
The business details, tax ID, personal info, and documents Stripe asks for when you create or verify your account.
When you connect Stripe to accept payments, Stripe (not CombatScore) verifies your identity and business as part of its hosted onboarding. Having the right information ready makes setup take just a few minutes. CombatScore never sees or stores any of this — you enter it directly with Stripe.
Requirements are set by Stripe and can vary by country and business type. Stripe decides exactly what it needs and may ask for more if it can't verify you automatically. The list below covers the typical United States case.
Sole proprietor / individual
LLC, corporation, partnership, or non-profit
Most accounts verify instantly from the details above. If Stripe can't verify you automatically, it will ask you to upload one or more of:
Upload prompts appear inside Stripe's onboarding (or later in your Stripe dashboard). The Finance page in CombatScore will show you exactly what Stripe is still waiting on.
If you're forming a business, you can get an EIN for free from the IRS in a few minutes at irs.gov (search "apply for an EIN online"). Until then, sole proprietors can onboard with an SSN and add or switch to an EIN later in Stripe.
Once you have these ready, follow Connecting your Stripe account to finish setup from your gym's Finance page. CombatScore will never ask for your Stripe password or API keys.
