Gym Owners
Download CSV exports of every payment, refund, and expense to hand to your accountant or import into QuickBooks/Xero.
You can export your gym's finances as CSV files to hand to your accountant or import into QuickBooks, Xero, or any spreadsheet — no setup required. Exports are owner / co-owner only.
Go to Dashboard → My Gym → Finance. In the Profit & Loss card, look for Accounting export (CSV):
One row per settled payment and refund, across every way your gym collects money — recurring & household memberships, one-time payments (drop-ins, packages), legacy memberships, and shop orders. Columns:

The net column totals to the same net revenue shown in your Profit & Loss for that period, so your books tie out.
Your recorded operating expenses (rent, utilities, marketing, etc.) plus coach pay that was marked paid in the period — with category, amount, and recurrence.
