Gym Owners
Run a sale without a code. A Special applies at checkout to everyone who qualifies, shows as "Applied", and never stacks — each member gets the one discount that saves them the most.
A Special is a discount you run that applies on its own. There's no code to hand out and nobody has to ask. When someone who qualifies signs up, checkout shows it on the plan — Applied: Fall special −$75.00 — and that's the price they agree to and pay.
Find them at Dashboard → Gym → Billing → Discounts → Specials.
Choose New Special and set:
What a Special takes off can't be changed after you start it, because everyone who got it shares it. To change the offer, end it and start a new one. You can still change the name, the dates, the limit, and who it's for.
If your discount limits (Billing settings) would keep a Special off a plan entirely, you'll see a warning when you create it.
Each member gets one discount on a bill: the one that saves them the most over the coming year (or over the plan's minimum term, if it's longer). A Special never stacks on an intro offer, a special rate, a verified rate, or a code.
Open a Special to see everyone who got it, when, how much it took off, and whether it's still on their bill. If two people sign up at the same moment as the last spot fills, both keep the price they were shown. The second is marked Past your limit so you know.
End now stops it for new signups straight away. Members who already have it keep it for as long as it was meant to last.
