How to delete your account
Sign in and open your account settings. You’ll see a summary of what will be removed before anything happens.
Sign in to delete your account →
You can do the same thing in the mobile app under Settings → Delete account.
Can’t sign in? Email privacy@combatscore.app from the address on the account and we’ll verify you and delete it for you. We answer these within 30 days.
One thing to do first
If you are the registered owner of a gym, transfer ownership before deleting. Deleting an owner account would strand that gym’s members, their billing, and their records, so the app blocks it and tells you which gyms are affected.
Transfer ownership in Gym Settings, or email privacy@combatscore.app if you need help.
What gets deleted
Deletion is permanent and immediate. There is no recovery period.
- Your profile, belt and rank history, and settings
- Every training session you logged, with its notes and media
- Your gym memberships, attendance and check-in history
- Uploaded files — videos, photos, documents
- Messages, reactions, and posts you created
- Child profiles you manage, if you are the managing parent
- Your sign-in credentials
Any active subscriptions are cancelled as part of the same process.
What we keep, and why
Two things survive deletion, and both are obligations rather than choices. This mirrors the Privacy Policy, which has the full detail.
- Financial records. Invoices, payments and refunds are retained for the period tax and consumer-protection law requires — typically seven years. We remove your personal identifiers from them (name, email) and keep the anonymised entries your gym’s books and our regulatory obligations depend on.
- Records that are not only yours. Where you appear in something another member owns — a class roster their gym keeps, a message you sent them — the other party’s copy remains theirs.
