Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use CombatScore in good faith. Specifically:

• Be honest about your identity, rank, certifications, and gym affiliations.
• Treat other users with respect.
• Follow your gym's policies in addition to ours.
• Report safety concerns when you see them.
• Don't try to circumvent our safety, payment, or moderation systems.

You may not:

• Create accounts for others without their consent (except a parent/guardian creating a profile for a minor child).
• Share account credentials.
• Misrepresent your age, identity, rank, certifications, or qualifications.
• Claim affiliation with a gym you don't actually train at or teach at.
• Use the platform if you are a registered sex offender, are subject to a no-contact order involving minors, or have been banned from a sports or youth-serving organization for safety-related conduct.

You may not use any messaging, AI conversation, or other communication feature on the platform to:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or bully any user.
• Send or solicit sexual content involving any minor.
• Attempt to groom, exploit, or manipulate any user, particularly a minor.
• Attempt to move communications off-platform when communicating with a minor who is not your child.
• Share another user's personal information without their consent (doxxing).
• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to other users.
• Use the platform to coordinate or facilitate illegal activity.

You may not upload, post, or otherwise share:

• Sexual content involving any minor.
• Other illegal content (e.g., content that infringes copyright, content depicting illegal activity).
• Content that defames, libels, or makes false statements of fact about another user.
• Content that misrepresents your rank or credentials.
• Content depicting minors without parental consent.

You may not:

• Use the platform's payment features to facilitate money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime.
• Collude with another user to issue fraudulent chargebacks.
• Knowingly use a stolen payment method.
• Attempt to evade our platform fees (e.g., directing athletes off-platform to circumvent the application_fee_amount).
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to mass-create accounts, send messages, or scrape user data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.

You may not use CombatScore's AI features to:

• Generate content that violates this AUP.
• Solicit medical, legal, financial, or injury-treatment advice and rely on it for real decisions. (See our AI Safety policy — these responses are hard-blocked by design.)
• Train external AI models without authorization.
• Generate content for the purpose of impersonating another individual.

CombatScore may take any of the following actions for AUP violations, in our reasonable discretion and proportionate to the violation:

• Warning
• Removing content
• Suspending access to one or more platform features
• Permanently banning the account from CombatScore
• Reporting to law enforcement where required by law or our policies
• Reporting to NCMEC where applicable
• Notifying affiliated gyms

We may take these actions without prior notice when the violation involves imminent safety risk to any user (especially a minor).

To report an AUP violation, file a safety report. Anonymous reporting is available.

We may update this AUP from time to time. We'll post a new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by email to active users.
