Joining a gym

Use the invite link your gym sent, sign the waiver, and you're in. You can belong to more than one gym at a time.

Joining a gym

CombatScore is bring-your-own-gym. You join by accepting an invite from someone at the gym — usually the owner, but a coach or manager can send one too.

The flow

  1. Get the invite link. It's a URL from your gym (often by email or text). Tap it.
  2. Sign in / sign up. If you don't have a CombatScore account yet, you'll be walked through it.
  3. Sign the waiver. Every gym has one. Adult athletes sign their own; minors need a guardian (see Managing a kid account).
  4. You're in. The gym shows up on your dashboard, your membership status is active, and you can start booking classes.

Don't have an invite?

Find your gym on CombatScore (search at the top of the dashboard) and tap Request to join. The gym owner gets a notification and can approve you or send a formal invite.

Belonging to multiple gyms

You can be a member of any number of gyms. Each one has its own membership, billing, schedule, and waiver. Your training history and combat score follow you across all of them.

Leaving a gym

Settings → Memberships → [Gym name] → Leave gym. If you have an active recurring membership, the leave action also cancels billing (with the gym's refund policy applied to any pre-paid time).
