Owners, co-owners, and managers (with permission) can apply a percent or dollar discount directly to one member's live subscription. It takes effect on their next billing cycle.
Assigning a member a discount
Sometimes you want to give one specific member a break — a hardship rate, a long-timer thank-you, a coach perk — without making a public promo code. You can apply a discount straight to that member's existing subscription.
Find it on the member's detail page: Gym → Members → [member] → Manage, next to the comp/suspend controls. Available to owners, co-owners, and any manager you've granted the member-discounts permission.
How it works
Open the member's detail page.
In the Discount control, pick % off or $ off, enter the amount, and choose whether it applies every cycle or one cycle.
Apply. The discount attaches to their live subscription and takes effect on their next billing cycle (no mid-cycle proration, no surprise mid-month charge).
To remove it, hit Remove on the same control — full price resumes the next cycle.
When it's not available
The member is billed off-platform (covered by a contract, or marked off-platform) — there's no CombatScore subscription to discount. See Off-platform billing.
The member has no active recurring membership yet.
One discount per member at a time — remove the current one before applying a new one.

Promo codes (Discount codes) are reusable, self-serve at checkout, and good for campaigns.
